Governance

The CFA shall be governed by a Board of Directors composed of no fewer than eleven (11) and no more than thirteen (13) members. The Board shall include seven (7) elected directors, with one representative from each of the seven (7) designated California regions, along with four (4) officers elected by the CFA membership. Additionally, the Board may appoint up to two (2) at-large directors to ensure balanced representation of fairs of all sizes and types across California. Directors shall serve without compensation or salaries for their services.  The board meets the first Thursday of every month.  The meeting are via Zoom and open to the membership.
